For a few months now I’ve been getting together with some other like minded technophiles at Dorkbot Regina. Dorkbot originally started at the University of Columbia in New York and has spread to over 60 chapters worldwide. Dorkbot Regina was started by Ryan Hill in May 2008 and has been meeting monthly at the Soil New Media Suite hosted by the Neutral Ground Gallery here in Regina. Most of our meetings focus on laptop music jams, but some members like to circuit bend and do video art and excel at these disciplines.
